Interhelp currently offers seasonal 90-120 minute online workshops as a regular opportunity to connect and experience the Work That Reconnects.
Interhelp board members also offering some more specific programming such as an ongoing ritual grief space; pop-up climate sharing circles to build connection around the rapid ecological changes we are witnessing; and deeper dives into the Evolving Edge of the Work That Reconnects which explores different facets of collective liberation and anti-oppression facilitation approaches.

In a well-attended Healing the Colonizer Mind workshop on May 19th, we explored themes from Louise’s book, Inherited Silence: Listening to the Land, Healing the Colonizer Mind. To follow up this fall, Aravinda and Louise will be hosting a series of three more workshops to continue deeper exploration of listening to the land, ancestral healing, and reparations.
