Mending the Web of Life

Mending the Web of Life

Saturday, February 10, 1:00-5:00

Facilitators: Sarah Pirtle and Emily Koester

What happens for you when you feel the urgency and the import of this extraordinary moment on Earth? How do you feel called to contribute to social justice and ecological change? This workshop will begin with words to acknowledge the First Nations people of this region and the land we are on. The Work That Reconnects offers a paradigm shift that envisions many crucial actions and invites us to look at where and how we want to contribute. We recognize that we are rooted in caring for each other and the earth, and we steep ourselves in a decolonizing framework of changing oppressions. We will listen to our inner voices, hear each other deeply, and give each other support as we explore our own next steps.

This Work That Reconnects workshop is part of the Sojourner Truth School of free programs. It will be held in Franklin County (Western MA). Registration and exact location available at truthschool.org.
